How long does it take to produce a pair of glasses?
It depends on order situation, but normally it takes 1-2 weeks.
How many designs do you have for me to choose from?
We have about 100 designs and shapes to start. Plus we have about 150 colors in stock.
We can also bring more colors specifically for you.
We can work with your design as well.
Can I give you my own frame design?
Yes, you can. We accept your digital or hand drawing designs. This is priced at $600 and up as when we start from scratch designing frame for you.
Does custom eyewear come with warranty?
All our frames come with a year warranty.
Lenses for our frames covered by lens manufacturer warranty, similar as in regular optical store.
What can I do if I break my glasses after the warranty period?
Even after warranty period, we can repair or replace your broken part in most cases for additional fee.
What type of prescription lenses do you use?
We work with all brands in prescription lenses. Nikon, Essilor, Rodenstock or Zeiss, it is up to you.
We will discuss and recommend lenses after seeing your doctor’s prescription. You will benefit of our more than 30 years experience and knowledge in optical industry.
Can I make sunglasses out of your frame?
Yes, you can. We can recommend specific sunglasses lenses according to your requirements.
Do you make a metal or wood frames?
Yes, you can order metal frame or a wood frame, but it is not going to be done by us. We partner with a few companies for it. Price will be determined on individual cases. Please contact us for details.
